Same-Day Pickup Information

Standard same-day pickup is free and available for many products ordered before 12 pm.

Express pickup is available at an additional cost and guarantees your order will be ready for pickup in three hours or less.

Orders placed after cut off times (12 pm for standard or three hours before closing for express) will be ready the following day.

Delivery Information

Cards can be delivered in five to seven business days.

*Same Day Service: Offer applies to services performed in store only at Office Depot® OfficeMax®, not available for delivery. Order must be placed in-store or online for in-store pickup by 2:00 PM local time and Same-Day Service must be requested on job ticket at time of order. The following quantities are not eligible for Same Day Service: Digital Printing & Copies: Black & White (quantities over 2,000), Color (quantities over 1,000); Posters and Banners (quantities over 2/over 24" wide; print-ready artwork must be provided); Binding (more than 25 booklets/50 sheet maximum with covers); Laminating (quantities over 15, 8.5 x 11 sheets); Same-Day Business Cards (quantities over 500); Custom Stamps (quantities over 3 or non-Brother® stamps); and Shredding (over 50 pounds); Yard Signs (quantities over 5). Posters and basic banners may not be available in all locations. We reserve the right to limit quantities sold to each customer/household/business.
